President and Co-Owner
Kyle started his career as an accountant for the CPA firm KPMG, working with many fortune 500 companies. Along with Bryant, he's owned and operated a property management company for 9 years helping the company to establish good business systems and a professional team of employees. He has earned an accounting degree from California State University Long Beach, graduating as the class Outstanding Graduate. Kyle and his wife enjoy raising their two daughters.
New York Native Natalie Quinn has been with RPM Coast since 2010. Natalie oversees the Maintenance Department and ensures that vacant units are ready for market. She organizes the daily schedules for our three in-house service technicians and works closely with our Contractor and Vendors to make sure that work is being completed in a timely and correct manner. Natalie is currently working on her Real Estate license and in her spare time she enjoys trips to Disneyland with her husband and 3 kids.

Senior Property Manager
Richard joined our team as a property inspector. He quickly worked his way up to Senior Property Manager. Richard has extensive customer service experience and enjoys helping owners and tenants. Richard earned his Associates degree for Kellogg Community College in Business Management. And now is also a licensed real estate agent. When not working Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.
Mike Honeycutt was born and raised in Orange County, after graduating from Marina High School in Huntington Beach he joined the US Coast Guard where he completed electrician school. After 4 years of service and a commercial electrician job he joined a contracting company and worked his way up to project manager. In 2010 after a few years of managing successful remodel projects he earned his contractors license and began remolding apartment units for companies like The Irvine Company or Essex Property Management. Now armed with the proper knowledge from years of experience in construction, Mike takes care of all of the homes like they where his own and provides great in site on making sure your home is properly taken care of.
Gary Frank Sully

Leader of the The Sully Group, and agent for Metro Estates, Gary oversees all real estate sales and services. He specializes in working with both sellers and buyers and their real estate needs along with the procurement of investment properties and 1031 exchanges. Over the past 28 years, Gary has developed a solid clientele base focusing on real estate services in the Orange County area. His present client base includes, but is not limited to, over 2000 individual owners and tenants, a majority of which are his clients and contacts from his partnership with a prominent Orange County property management firm. This partnership enables Gary to showcase and offer to his clients many select properties that are for sale, or for purchase. Gary has sold approximately $840,000,000 in properties since 1988.
A California native, Gary has spent his career mostly concentrating his efforts on Real Estate in Orange County, California. Gary earned a BS degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. He is an active member of the South County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors member and a member of the Apartment Association of Orange County. He grew up in Tustin, California and resides there today with his family.
Always happy to help, Alex is a homegrown Orange County native who values making time for his friends and family. He is always ready for an exciting new backpacking trail or hidden gem to camp out at. A graduate of Cal State Long Beach, Alex is a well-rounded individual and a motivated worker. He specializes in working closely with our tenants on their leasing renewal needs and prides himself on his kindhearted approach to our clients. With his background in consumer affairs and housing, he is truly driven to gain knowledge and flourish in the Property Management community.
Before being part of Irvine Property Management, Mary has been in the contact center industry for 10 years providing quality customer service for several big companies in the country. She ensures all your maintenance requests are taken care of with promptness and accuracy. Her keen attention to details and her genuine care for her responsibilities make her perfect for the Maintenance Coordinator role as she treats every single maintenance request as if it were hers. She receives the maintenance requests and coordinates with the owners, tenants, techs and HOAs and makes sure every request is being addressed as soon as possible.
