Irvine Property Management, Inc. has been serving central Orange County’s residential property management needs for over 38 years. Originating in the late 1970’s, Irvine Property Management, Inc. was started when some families who lived in Irvine were transferred out of the country. Not wanting to part with their "gold" California real estate, they asked the realtor who sold them their home to "keep an eye it" for them while they were away thus the birth of Irvine Property Management, Inc. Since that time the company has grown to the point that today IPM manages over 370 homes, condominiums and duplexes all around Orange County with their hub being in Irvine. Our Property Management team members are licensed Realtors and have vast experience in all areas of the Property Management field. Gary manages and oversees the day to day operations at Irvine Property Management, Inc. Gary has a diverse background in the field of Real Estate and Property Management along with sound professional experience. Gary has been in the Real Estate field for over 31 years specializing in residential and commercial sales and property management for both homeowners and businesses alike. A California native, Gary has spent his career mostly concentrating his efforts on Real Estate in Orange County, California. Gary earned a BS degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. He is an active member of the South County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors member and a member of the Apartment Association of Orange County. He grew up in Tustin, California and today resides there with his family.

Inc., he oversees the corporation's business operations and has primary responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance in all aspects thereof.

On a personal note, Bridget lives in Laguna Beach and loves everything the city has to offer. Currently, she is pursuing her MBA at Pepperdine, and in her free time enjoys volunteering, hiking and spending time with friends and family. She completed her undergraduate degree in business at USC, and after having lived for years in Los Angeles is enjoying being back in Orange County.

She is a licensed Realtor and active member of NAR, CAR, and OCAR (National, State, and local associations). Cathy believes that education must be ongoing, so she continues to attend classes and seminars to keep abreast of industry changes and the current real estate market. As a real estate professional and investor, she has experience and perspective as buyer, seller, and landlord. Hello, my name is Tahnee Merideth. I have been working in the Real Estate industry for about 9 years now. I am a mother of three, My daughter Jennifer is 22 she graduated high school with honors and has moved on to become a very successful hairdresser in Northern California, my son Matthew is 19 he works at a local restaurant as well as being the assistant coach to my youngest son’s baseball team he also attends Orange Coast College. My youngest is Jacob who is 11 he attends a local school here in Orange County and plays baseball. I got into Real Estate as I personally have always owned a home as well as rentals and love helping other’s achieve this dream. I was born and raised in Northern California living on the California Delta, so as you probably guessed I love boating and the water. I recently moved to Southern California and absolutely love it here. The schools are great the weather is wonderful and the people are friendly. properties in the north Irvine region. She oversees all maintenance, and property turnover activities for properties, includes communication with owners, tenants and vendors to coordinate work, performs, pre-move out and final walk thrus on all properties, interfacing with HOA's on owner or tenant issues, attend HOA meetings if necessary, approve all vendor invoices for payments, coordinate all move out tenant expenses and delivers 3-day notices to tenants. As leasing agent Sheri is part of the rotation to take all leasing calls 1 week each month. Other duties include: showing properties, screening potential tenants, running credit reports, and writing leases.
